These Supplemental Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the Conversational Experiences with the products produced by Ismael Medina Muñoz and offered on this site (the “Conversational Experiences”), as well as any other generative experience based on the AI services of the offered products (the “Conversational Experiences”) and the generation of interaction results via Web and WhatsApp (the “Online Services”). These Online Services are intended to address customer inquiries. By using any of the Online Services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Eligibility and Use Requirements. The use of the Online Services is governed by these terms (this “Agreement”). You agree that the Online Services constitute a Service. The use of the Online Services is subject to the Privacy Statement provided by Ismael Medina Muñoz, which describes our collection, use, and disclosure of information related to your use of the Online Services. Unauthenticated users may be granted limited access to the Conversational Experiences. Ismael Medina Muñoz reserves the right, at his sole discretion, to allow the use of the Online Services.

2. Use of the Online Services. The Conversational Experiences allow you to send information (“Queries”) and chat online with computer technology. The use of the Online Services must comply with the Online Services Code of Conduct (the “Code of Conduct”). By using the Online Services, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms of Use and the Code of Conduct. You must use the Online Services only (i) in a lawful manner and in compliance with all applicable laws; (ii) in accordance with this Agreement and the Code of Conduct; and (iii) in a manner that does not infringe or attempt to infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate any of our rights or those of any other individual or entity (for clarity, “manner” includes, among other things, the method, purpose, and/or means to make or attempt to make the Online Services generate content). These Online Services, including conversational interactions between machines and people, may include advertising. The Online Services may include both automated and manual (human) processing of data. You should not input or upload data that you do not want to be reviewed. You may stop using the Online Services at any time. If you do not wish to use the Online Services, you can choose not to visit or interact with the Conversational Experiences.

3. No Warranties; No Representations or Warranties; Indemnification Obligation. We plan to continue developing and improving the Online Services, but we do not guarantee or promise anything about the operation of the Online Services or that they will function as intended. We may limit the speed of the Online Services when we deem appropriate. We may add or remove features at our own discretion. The Online Services are created for entertainment purposes, are not error-free, may not function as expected, and may generate incorrect information. You should not rely on the Online Services or use them as advice of any kind. It is understood that you use the Online Services at your own risk.

Code of Conduct

This document explains in more detail how the Code of Conduct governs these Online Services. By using the Online Services, you agree to the following:

• Do not engage in activities that are harmful to yourself or others. Do not attempt to create or share content that can be used to harass, mistreat, abuse, threaten, or intimidate others, or cause harm in any way to individuals, organizations, or society.

• Do not engage in activities that are harmful to the Online Services, including bot or scraping behaviors, technical attacks, excessive use, query-based manipulation, “jailbreaking,” and other off-platform abuses.

• Do not engage in activities that infringe on the privacy of others. Do not attempt to create or share content that may infringe on the privacy of others, including the disclosure of private information (sometimes known as “doxing”). Do not attempt to use the Online Services for facial recognition, to collect or process sensitive personal data, or for identity verification. Do not upload photos, audio or video recordings, or other third-party content obtained without their consent for the processing of a person’s biometric information and identifiers, or for any other purpose.

• Do not engage in activities that are fraudulent, false, or misleading. Do not attempt to create or share content that may deceive or mislead others, including, but not limited to, creating misinformation, content that enables fraud, or deceptive impersonation.

• Do not infringe on the rights of others. Do not attempt to use the Online Services to infringe on the legal rights of others, including intellectual property and publicity rights.

• Do not use the service to create or share inappropriate content or material. Ismael Medina Muñoz does not allow the use of the Online Services to create or share adult content, violence or gore, hate content, terrorism and violent extremist content, glorification of violence, child sexual exploitation or abuse material, or content that is in any way disturbing or offensive.

• Do not do anything illegal. Your use of the Online Services must comply with applicable law, and you must not encourage, facilitate, or promote any illegal activity.

 

Content and Moderation

The Online Services may block requests, instructions, or content uploads that violate the Code of Conduct or that may lead to the creation of material that violates the Code of Conduct. Queries or text creations that violate the Code of Conduct may be removed. Abuse of the Online Services, such as repeated attempts to produce prohibited content or other violations of the Code of Conduct, may result in service or account suspension, service limitations, or the removal, deletion, or restriction of content. Users can report problematic or illegal content through the Feedback button or the Report a Problem feature.

Access Restriction and User Appeal

Severe or repeated violations of the Code of Conduct may result in service limitations; the removal or disabling of certain Online Services features; or, in very severe cases, permanent suspension. If you believe your use of AI-powered experiences has been restricted in error, you can request that Ismael Medina Muñoz re-evaluate the decision to suspend access. To appeal a decision to restrict access to these experiences, submit a request through the Report a Problem form, describing why you believe we made a mistake. While we encourage the use of new AI-powered experiences, we reserve the right to ensure these tools are not abused.
